Practical info

Location of the workshop:
The conference will take place at the Mount Carmel Campus of the University of Haifa (press here to see the city of Haifa map). The conference hall is located at the Mizpor – the observatory on the topmost floor of the Eshkol Tower. Important dates:
· Deadline for abstract submission: January 31, 2015. We plan to put together and disseminate the final meeting program during the first week of February 2015.
· Deadline for papers submission: June 30, 2015. We strive for a prompt publication of the AGSR 2015 workshop proceedings. Guidlines for the length and style of the proceedings' papers will be published shortly.
 
Registration and fees*:
·Regular, $150.
·Students/Retirees/Independent scholars, $70.
*please note that conference registration is upon arrival.


Abstracts:
All abstracts should be approximately 300 words, written in English, the official language of the workshop (and including author’s details and institutional affiliation).

Oral presentations:
Oral presentations should be in English, the official language of the workshop. Each talk should be 15 minutes long, with an additional 5 minutes dedicated to questionsand discussion.The equipment available will be a PC and a data projector. The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat (PDF).

Poster presentations:
Poster presentations are also welcome. Poster dimensions should not exceed 70 cm x 120 cm.   

Other notes:
Those interested in attending the meeting and participating in the conference fieldtrip and events (see online preliminary schedule) but do not intend to present a paper, should inform us of intentions of attending as soon as possible so that we can guarantee that everyone can be accommodated in the planned events.
